On June 30, 2025, Governor Phil Murphy signed S-4654 into law, which amends the legal notice requirements under the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA). Beginning March 1, 2026, public entities must publish their legal notices on their website, rather than in newspapers.
Public entities have until March 1, 2026, to comply with OPMA either by posting notices in their designated local newspaper or on their website. Beginning January 1, 2026, Bedminster Township will begin posting here. Please click the year on the left for a listing of public notices for 2026.
